Askıda Fatura is a charity project of İstanbul Municipality. The main goal of the project was to list all the electric and gas bills which can not be payed by their owners to be payed by other people who can pay and help others online. Since now over 300.000 bills payed by others and gathered over 52M Turkish Lira.
