Things reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users who access the site are considered to have accepted all changes upon their publication.

02Definitions

This document defines the terms SITE, MEMBER, USER, LINK, CONTENT, and PERSONAL INFORMATION, together with the overall framework of the usage agreement.

03Service scope

Things provides digital product design, research and software development services. The scope, timeline and deliverables of each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement with the client. This site is informational; no products are sold or delivered through it.

04General provisions

• Third-party links carry no endorsement or warranty
• Users assume responsibility for linked content
• All intellectual property belongs to Things; copying or distribution is prohibited except for non-commercial personal use with written permission
• Personal data usage is governed by the Privacy Policy

05Limitation of liability

Things disclaims responsibility for damages arising from site access, data errors, interruptions, or indirect losses.

06Intellectual property rights

All elements of the site remain the property of Things. Unauthorised reproduction or derivative work is prohibited.

07Assignment

Things may transfer this agreement unilaterally; users may not.

08Force majeure

Things bears no obligation during legally recognised unforeseen circumstances.

09Governing law

Turkish law applies. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.

10Effectiveness and acceptance

This agreement becomes effective upon publication. Users accept it by using the site.
